Very well designed, you could tell a lot of thought went into this app. Easy to use to keep you knowledgeable on all the possible workouts for each body part!
Lots of info
Select muscle groups to see pertinent exercises with detailed instructions. Lots of exercises available, with lots of detailed, perhaps even overly detailed, information.
Great for planning your workouts, except that you cant save a workout or keep records within the app. Youll need a separate app, such as Workout Plan, for that.
To become a 5-star app, it needs the ability to collect exercises into saved workouts, record keeping, and photos with less busy backgrounds and better control of contrast and lighting.

Good app but it work only first time. Second, third..... You cant select nothing. Dont works any more on my iphone 4
